HALFMOON — A Halfmoon man who police said killed a cat in his neighborhood is now facing charges.
Jared Brockbank, 26, faces one count of aggravated cruelty to animals, a felony, along with misdemeanor aggravated harassment, state police said.
Brockbank was arrested Monday after police responded to a harassment call. Troopers soon learned of the cat’s death and determined Brockbank intentionally killed the animal, police said.
