CLIFTON PARK — A local man was arrested after it was determined that he endangered the welfare of a child, said police.
John P. Farquharson, 52 , of Albany, was arrested in Clifton Park on March 26 by the New York State police following the investigation into an incident that occurred on that same day in Halfmoon.
Farquharson was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching.
He was arraigned in Halfmoon Town Court and remanded to Saratoga County Jail on $5,00 bail, and $10,000 bond.
He is to reappear in Halfmoon Court on April 11.
